摘要
3-碘-2-丙炔基丁基氨基甲酸丁酯(IPBC)是一种有机溶剂型广谱杀菌剂,水溶性差,其在高温或紫外光照下易分解,因此对IPBC制剂进行改进并提高其稳定性具有重要意义。以IPBC为囊芯,乙基纤维素为囊壁,采用溶剂挥发法制备了IPBC微胶囊木材防霉剂。激光散射粒度仪检测结果显示,IPBC微胶囊的粒径分布在30~172 nm,微胶囊的平均粒径(D50)为58 nm;高效液相色谱仪检测显示,质量百分数0.15%的IPBC微胶囊的包覆率为71.57%,载药量为25.85%。分别用质量分数为0.15%和0.3%的IPBC微胶囊溶液处理橡胶木试件,检测其对可可球二孢及哈茨木霉的抑菌效果,结果表明,2种浓度的微胶囊对哈茨木霉霉菌均有较好的抑菌效果;与质量分数为0.3%的IPBC微胶囊溶液相比,0.15%的IPBC微胶囊溶液对可可球二孢的抑菌效果较低。本研究为橡胶木新型防霉剂的开发提供了途径。
3-iodide-2-roparynyl butyl carbamate(IPBC)is a broad-spectrum solvent-soluble fungicide with poor water solubility,and it is easy to decompose under the condition of heat or ultraviolet light.Therefore,it is very important to improve the preparation and stability of IPBC.An IPBC-based microcapsule wood preservative was prepared by solvent volatilization method with IPBC as the core and ethyl cellulose as the wall of the capsule.The particle size of IPBC microcapsules was measured by using the laser scattering particle size analyzer.The results showed that the particle size of IPBC microcapsules ranged from 30 nm to172 nm,with an average particle size(D50)being 58 nm.Characterization of the IPBC microcapsules by using HPLC showed that the encapsulation rate and IPBC loading rate were 71.57%and 25.85%in the 0.15% mass fraction IPBC microcapsules,respectively.Rubberwood specimens were treated with 0.15% or 0.3% mass fraction IPBC microcapsule solution to observe the effect of the IPBC-loaded microcapsule solutions at different concentrations on inhibition of Botryodiplodia theobromae and Trichoderma harzianum.The results showed that two concentrations of the IPBC-loaded microcapsules exhibited good inhibitory effect against T.harzianum.Compared to the 0.3%IPBC microcapsule solution,the 0.15%IPBC microcapsule solution exhibited a lower control effect against B.theobromae.This study can provide a route for the development of a new type of antifungal preservatives for rubber wood.
