摘要
陶瓷过滤机在浮选和磁选工艺中常用到,其清洗主要采用稀硝酸溶液配合超声清洗。硝酸具有强腐蚀性,清洗过程安全事故频发,同时清洗废液酸性强,对环境造成污染,对构筑物造成腐蚀。开发了一种替代硝酸的环保清洗剂,在工业试验中低酸度下能够代替硝酸且使用量降低,使用成本比硝酸略高,但安全性和使用便捷性大大增强。
Ceramic filter is widely used in flotation and magnetic separation process,and its plate needs to be cleaned periodically by dilute nitric acid solution combined with ultrasonic.Nitric has strong acidity,which causes safety accident,corrosion and environmental pollution.An environmentally friendly cleaning agent that replaces nitric acid has been developed.It can replace nitric acid in industrial tests with low acidity and low dosage.The cost is slightly higher than that of nitric acid,but the safety and convenience of use are greatly enhanced.
