叉头框蛋白P3在胃癌中的表达及与患者临床特征和预后的关系

Expression of forkhead box P3 in gastric cancer and its relationship with patients’ clinical characteristics and prognosis

目的探讨叉头框蛋白P3(FOXP3)在胃癌中的表达及与患者临床特征和预后的关系。方法选取115例胃癌患者的胃癌组织及相应的癌旁组织,免疫组化法检测胃癌组织和癌旁组织中FOXP3的表达情况及与患者临床特征的关系,随访3年,比较胃癌组织和癌旁组织中FOXP3不同表达情况胃癌患者的总生存期。结果胃癌组织中FOXP3高表达52例,低表达63例;癌旁组织中FOXP3高表达47例,低表达68例;胃癌组织与癌旁组织中FOXP3表达情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。不同肿瘤最大径、N分期胃癌患者胃癌组织中FOXP3表达情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。胃癌组织中FOXP3低表达胃癌患者的平均总生存期为34.837个月,短于FOXP3高表达组患者43.392个月(P﹤0.05);癌旁组织中FOXP3低表达胃癌患者的平均总生存期为34.959个月,短于FOXP3高表达患者的44.278个月(P﹤0.05)。结论FOXP3在胃癌组织和癌旁组织中的表达情况无明显差异,其高表达往往提示肿瘤最大径更小、区域淋巴结转移范围更小且程度更轻,患者生存期更长。

Objective To explore the expression of forkhead box P3(FOXP3)in gastric cancer and its relationship with patients’clinical characteristics and prognosis.Method A total of 115 cases of gastric cancer patients with gastric cancer tissues and corresponding adjacent tissues were taken.The expression of FOXP3 in gastric cancer tissues and adja-cent tissues was detected by the immunohistochemical method,and its relationship with the clinical characteristics of rele-vant patients was also analyzed.Follow up for 3 years to compare the overall survival of patients with gastric cancer with different expressions of FOXP3 in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent tissues.Result There were 52 cases with high ex-pression of FOXP3 and 63 cases with low expression in gastric cancer tissues;47 cases with high expression of FOXP3 and 68 cases with low expression in adjacent tissues;comparison of FOXP3 expression in gastric cancer tissues and adja-cent tissues showed no significant difference(P>0.05).The differences in FOXP3 expression in gastric cancer tissues of patients with different tumor diameters and N stages were statistically significant(P<0.05).The median overall survival of patients with FOXP3 low expression in gastric cancer tissues was 34.837 months,shorter than 43.392 months in pa-tients with the FOXP3 high expression group(P<0.05).The median overall survival of patients with FOXP3 low expres-sion in adjacent tissues was 34.959 months,shorter than 44.278 months in patients with FOXP3 high expression(P<0.05).Conclusion There is no significant difference in the expression of FOXP3 in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent tissues.Its high expression often indicates that the largest diameter of the tumor is smaller,the area of regional lymph node metastasis is smaller and the degree is lighter,and the survival time is longer.
