摘要 目的探讨高迁移率族蛋白A1(HMGA1)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、促红细胞生成素(EPO)在宫颈癌中的表达及与患者临床特征和预后的关系。方法选取98例宫颈癌患者的宫颈癌组织和50例子宫肌瘤患者的正常宫颈组织,免疫组化法检测HMGA1、bFGF、EPO的表达,并分析其与宫颈癌患者临床特征和预后的关系。随访截至2020年11月,比较复发和未复发宫颈癌患者HMGA1、bFGF、EPO的表达情况。结果宫颈癌组织中HMGA1、bFGF和EPO阳性表达率均明显高于正常宫颈组织(P﹤0.05)。国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)分期为Ⅱ期的宫颈癌患者宫颈癌组织中HMGA1、bFGF阳性表达率均高于FIGO分期为Ⅰ期的患者(P﹤0.05);FIGO分期为Ⅱ期、分化程度为低分化、有淋巴结转移的宫颈癌患者宫颈癌组织中EPO阳性表达率均高于FIGO分期为Ⅰ期、分化程度为中高分化和无淋巴结转移的患者(P﹤0.05)。HMGA1的表达与bFGF的表达无相关性(P﹥0.05),与EPO的表达呈正相关(r=0.337,P﹤0.05),bFGF表达与EPO的表达呈正相关(r=0.414,P﹤0.05)。截至2020年11月,98例宫颈癌患者复发31例,未复发67例,复发宫颈癌患者EPO阳性表达率高于未复发患者(P﹤0.05)。结论HMGA1、bFGF、EPO在宫颈癌组织中表达上调,其与宫颈癌患者的FIGO分期、淋巴结转移情况及分化程度可能有关,EPO的表达可能与宫颈癌根治术术后患者的复发风险有关。 Objective To investigate the expression of high mobility group protein A1(HMGA1),basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF),and erythropoietin(EPO)in cervical cancer and their relationship with patients’clinical character-istics and prognosis.Method The cancer tissues from 98 patients with cervical cancer and the normal cervical tissues from 50 patients with uterine fibroids were collected.The expression of HMGA1,bFGF,and EPO were detected by the immunohistochemical method,and their relationship with the clinical characteristics and prognosis of cervical cancer pa-tients was analyzed.The duration of the follow-up was cut in November 2020,and the expression of HMGA1,bFGF,and EPO between patients with relapsed and non-relapsed cervical cancer was compared.Result The positive rates of HM-GA1,bFGF,and EPO in cervical cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in normal cervical tissues(P<0.05).The positive rates of HMGA1 and bFGF in cervical cancer tissues of patients with cervical cancer stage II scored by the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO)were higher than those of patients with FIGO stage I(P<0.05).The positive rate of EPO in cervical cancer tissue from patients with FIGO stage II,poorly differentiated,and lymph node metastasis was higher than that in patients with FIGO stage I,moderately-to-well differentiated,and no lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The expression of HMGA1 was not correlated with the expression of bFGF(P>0.05),but was positively correlated with the expression of EPO(r=0.337,P<0.05),and the expression of bFGF was positively correlated with the expression of EPO(r=0.414,P<0.05).By the end of November 2020,31 of 98 patients with cervical cancer had recurred,and the remaining 67 did not.The positive rate of EPO in patients with recurrent cervical cancer was higher than that of patients without recurrence(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of HMGA1,bFGF,and EPO are up-regulated in cervical cancer tissues,which may have a closer relationship with the clinical features like FIGO stage,lymph node metastasis,and differentiation degree.The expression of EPO may be related to the risk of recurrence in pa-tients after radical surgery for cervical cancer.
