Effects of Different Maturity and Storage Time on Germination Rate of Java Brucea Seeds

【目的】通过探究鸦胆子种子不同成熟度和不同贮藏时间对发芽率的影响,提高种植的成活率,为鸦胆子的栽培种植发展提供技术支撑。【方法】选取三种不同贮藏时间的鸦胆子种子:A类(当年采收的,贮藏时间为0年)、B类(前一年采收的,贮藏时间为12个月)、C类(前两年采收的,贮藏时间为24个月),进行不同成熟度鸦胆子种子对发苗率的影响及种子贮藏时间对发芽力、发芽率的影响试验;5次重复,探索鸦胆子种子采集最佳成熟度和适宜的贮藏时间与发芽力、发芽率的关系。【结果】鸦胆子种子成熟度Ⅱ级的发芽率最高,达56.7%;B类种子的发芽率最高,达59.3%。【结论】在进行鸦胆子产业化的科学育种、栽培种植过程中,建议选取Ⅱ级成熟度和贮藏时间6个月的种子进行播种,以保证发芽率,为鸦胆子栽培种植提供保障。

【Objective】To explore the effects of different maturity and storage time on germination rate of java brucea seeds,improve the survival rate of planting,and provide technical support for the cultivation and development of java brucea.【Method】Select three different storage time of Java brucea fruit seeds:class A(the year harvest,storage time is 0 year),class B(A year after harvest,storage time is 12 months),C(two years after harvest,storage time is 24 months).The effects of different maturity of java brucea seeds on germination rate and the effects of seed storage time on germination power and germination rate were tested.The relationship between the best maturity and the appropriate storage time of java brucea seeds and germination capacity and germination rate was explored.【Result】The germination rate of java brucea seeds was the highest atⅡgrade of seed maturity,which reached 56.7%.The seeds of classs B had the highest germination rate,up to 59.3%.【Conclusion】In the process of scientific breeding,cultivation and planting of java brucea industrialization,it is suggested to select the seeds with the maturity ofⅡgrade and storage time of 6 months for sowing to ensure the germination rate and provide guarantee for the cultivation and planting of java brucea.
