2020年北京市通州区新型冠状病毒肺炎密切接触者情况分析

目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎密接接触者的感染和发病情况,评价不同暴露水平下感染和发病风险。方法采用回顾性流行病学方法,对北京市通州区2020年1月21日至8月17日追踪到的494例新型冠状病毒病例密接触者的接触情况和发病情况进行描述和比较分析。结果通州区494名密切接触者中续发率为2.02%。病例密切接触者与病例关系、暴露方式、隔离方式和隔离时间均和外区、外地密切接触者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与病例关系和暴露方式不同的密接续发率差异有统计学意义(Fisher精确检验P<0.01)。结论北京市通州区新冠肺炎密切接触者与病例的关系,密切接触者的暴露方式、管理方式和密切接触者对应病例的地区均存在差异性。

Objective To understand the infection and morbidity of close contacts of Covid-19 cases, and evaluate their the risk of infection and morbidity under different exposure levels. Methods A retrospective epidemiological method was used to describe and compare the contactand incidence of 494 close contacts of COVID-19 cases, whom were traced from January 21 to August 17,2020. Results The recurrence rate of 494 close contacts of Covid-19 cases was 2.02% in Tongzhou district.The differences in case relationship, exposure method, isolation method and isolation time between patients with close contact with cases in Tongzhou district and those with close contact with other districts and other places of the country were statistically significant(P<0.01);The difference of the recurrence rate of close contacts was a statistically significant difference for different case relationships and exposure methods(Fisher’s exact test P<0.01). Conclusion There are differences in the relationship between close contacts and Covid-19 cases, the exposure methods, and management methods, and the regions where close contacts correspond to cases.
