摘要
目的了解历城区现制现售饮用水水质卫生状况,为居民饮水安全提供依据。方法采集历城区现制现售水,按照GB/T 5750-2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法》对水样感官指标、一般化学指标和微生物指标进行检验,并按照GB 5749-2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》进行结果判定。结果 2015~2019年共检测现制现售水366份,合格率为59.02%。不合格项目是菌落总数(58.47%)、耗氧量(95.90%)、总大肠菌群(97.54%)、pH(98.91%)。2015年水样合格率低于其他年度。洪家楼街道办事处合格率(66.67%)高于东风街道办事处(54.55%)、全福街道办事处(56.99%)、山大街道办事处(56.63%)。微生物指标合格率(58.47%)低于一般化学性指标(95.90%)和感官指标(100.00%)。结论影响历城区现制现售水水质的主要因素为微生物污染。
Objective To understand the sanitary condition of the drinking water produced and sold in Licheng district, so as to provide the basis for the safety of drinking water for residents. Methods The drinking water produced and sold in Licheng district was collected, according to the the GB/T 5750-2006 Standard Examination Methods for Drinking Water for inspection, with the GB 5749-2006 standards for drinking water quality for the evaluation of the results. Results A total of 366 pieces of drinking water were tested during 2015-2019,and the qualified rate was 59.02%.The unqualified items were total bacterial colony(58.47%),oxygen consumption(95.90%),total coliform(97.54%),pH(98.91%)(P<0.01).The qualified rate of water samples in 2015(14.74%) was lower than that in 2016(32.00%),2017(88.89%),2018(91.03%) and 2019(71.25%)(P<0.01).The qualified rate of Hongjialou sub-district office(66.67%) was higher than that of Dongfeng sub-district office(54.55%),Quanfu sub-district office(56.99%) and Shanda sub-district office(56.63%)(P>0.05).The qualified rate of microorganism index(58.47%) was lower than general chemical index(95.90%) and sensory index(100.00%)(P<0.01). Conclusion Microbial pollution is the main factor affecting the drinking water quality in Licheng district.
