银杏达莫注射液治疗脑梗死临床效果及对血液流变学的影响 被引量:4

Clinical Effect of Ginkgo Leaf Extract Dipyridamole Injection for Cerebral Infarction and Its Effect on Hemodynamics

摘要 目的:观察银杏达莫注射液治疗脑梗死患者的临床疗效及对血液流变学的影响。方法:选取162例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,依据用药方案分为对照组及试验组各81例。对照组采用常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用银杏达莫注射液治疗,比较2组治疗效果、神经功能缺损评分、血液流变学指标变化情况以及改良Barthel指数(MBI)、Fugl-Meyer评测法(FMA)评分情况。结果:试验组总有效率为97.5%,高于对照组的85.2%(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、血液流变学各指标均降低(P<0.05),MBI、FMA评分均升高(P<0.05)。与对照组治疗后比较,试验组治疗后NIHSS评分、血液流变学各指标均较低(P<0.05),MBI、FMA评分均较高(P<0.05)。结论:采用银杏达莫注射液治疗脑梗死患者,有较好的临床疗效,能改善患者的血液流变学。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of ginkgo leaf extract dipyridamole injection for cerebral infarction and its effect on hemodynamics.Methods:A total of 162 cases of patients with cerebral infarction were selected as the study subjects,and divided into the control group and the experiment group according to their medication regimens,81 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the experiment group was additionally treated with ginkgo leaf extract dipyridamole injection based on the treatment of the control group.The curative effect,the scores of neurologic impairment,the changes in hemodynamics as well as the scores of Modified Barthel Index(MBI)and Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 97.5% in the experiment group,higher than that of 85.2% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the National Institntes of Health Stoke Scale(NIHSS)scores and hemodynamic indexes in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of MBI and FMA were increased(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS scores and hemodynamic indexes in the experiment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of MBI and FMA were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ginkgo leaf extract dipyridamole injection for cerebral infarction has good clinical effect and can improve hemodynamics of patients.
