通淋利湿益气方联合针刺治疗肾结石临床研究

Clinical Study on Tonglin Lishi Yiqi Prescription Combined with Acupuncture for Renal Calculi

目的:观察通淋利湿益气方联合针刺治疗肾结石的临床疗效。方法:选取130例肾结石患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各65例。对照组给予常规西药进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用通淋利湿益气方联合针刺治疗。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候评分、肾功能指标、生活质量。结果:观察组总有效率为96.92%,高于对照组78.46%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组腰腹部疼痛、排尿中断、小便涩痛、尿色黄赤、苔黄腻质暗红中医证候评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组腰腹部疼痛、排尿中断、小便涩痛、尿色黄赤、苔黄腻质暗红中医证候评分较治疗前下降(P<0.05),观察组腰腹部疼痛、排尿中断、小便涩痛、尿色黄赤、苔黄腻质暗红中医证候评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组β_(2)-微球蛋白(β_(2)-MG)、半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(CysC)、血尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(Cr)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组β_(2)-MG、CysC、BUN和Cr水平较治疗前下降(P<0.05),观察组β_(2)-MG、CysC、BUN和Cr水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组生活质量各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组生活质量各项评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05),观察组生活质量各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通淋利湿益气方联合针刺治疗肾结石效果显著,能明显改善患者临床症状及肾功能,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tonglin Lishi Yiqi prescription combined with acupuncture for renal calculi.Methods:A total of 130 cases of patients with renal calculi were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,65 cases in each group.The control group was given routine western medicine,and the observation group was additionally given Tonglin Lishi Yiqi prescription combined with acupuncture based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effect was compared between the two groups.Before and after treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome score,the kidney function index,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 96.92% in the observation group,higher than that of 78.46% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,when compared Chinese medicine syndrome scores including lumbar pain and abdominal pain,interruption of urination,difficult painful urination,reddish yellow urine,dark red tongue with yellow and slimy fur between the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05).After treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome scores including lumbar pain and abdominal pain,interruption of urination,difficult painful urination,reddish yellow urine,dark red tongue with yellow and slimy fur in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the Chinese medicine syndrome scores above in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,when compared levels of β_(2)-microglobulin(β_(2)-MG),cystatin C(CysC),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),and creatinine(Cr)between the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05).After treatment,levels of β_(2)-MG,CysC,BUN,and Cr in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the four levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of each score of quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,each score of quality of life in the two groups was increased when compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and each score above in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Tonglin Lishi Yiqi prescription combined with acupuncture has a significant curative effect in the treatment of renal calculi,which can significantly improve clinical symptoms,the kidney function,and quality of life.
