苦参蛇床子外洗方治疗湿疹皮炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Kushen Shechuangzi External Washing Prescription for Eczema Dermatitis

目的:观察苦参蛇床子外洗方治疗湿疹皮炎的临床疗效及对预后和复发情况的影响。方法:选取240例湿疹皮炎患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各120例。对照组给予复方炉甘石洗剂治疗,治疗组给予苦参蛇床子外洗方治疗。通过湿疹面积和严重度指数(EASI)评分及瘙痒评分比较2组治疗前、治疗7 d、治疗14 d、治疗28 d的湿疹皮炎症状,并比较2组治疗有效率及湿疹皮炎复发情况。结果:与同组治疗前比较,2组治疗7 d、14 d、28 d时EASI评分、瘙痒评分均减少(P<0.05,P<0.01),且随着治疗时间的延长EASI评分、瘙痒评分逐渐减少(P<0.05)。与对照组治疗7 d、14 d比较,治疗组同期EASI评分均减少(P<0.05)。治疗28 d时,2组EASI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组治疗7 d、14 d、28 d时比较,治疗组同期瘙痒评分均减少(P<0.05)。治疗28 d后,治疗组总有效率为84.2%,高于对照组的69.2%(P<0.01)。治疗结束后,治疗组复发率为22.8%,低于对照组的56.6%(P<0.01);治疗组复发时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:苦参蛇床子外洗方可较快较好地减少湿疹皮炎症状,治疗后复发情况较少,有较好的治疗效果。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Kushen Shechuangzi external washing prescription for eczema dermatitis and its effect on prognosis and recurrence.Methods:A total of 240 cases of patients with eczema dermatitis were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,120 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound calamine lotion,and the treatment group was treated with Kushen Shechuangzi external washing prescription.The scores of Eczema Area and Severity Index(EASI)and pruritus were applied to compare the symptoms of eczema dermatitis in the two groups before treatment,after 7,14 and 28 days of treatment respectively.The treatment effective rates and the recurrence of eczema dermatitis in the two groups were compared.Results:After 7,14,28 days of treatment respectively,the scores of EASI and pruritus in the two groups were decreased when compared with those in the same group before treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01);with the extension of treatment time,the scores of EASI and pruritus were decreased gradually(P<0.05).The EASI scores in the treatment group were decreased when compared with those after 7 and 14 days of treatment in the control group(P<0.05).After 28-day treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of EASI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 7,14 and28 days of treatment,the pruritus scores in the treatment group were decreased when compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).After 28-day treatment,the total effective rate was 84.2% in the treatment group,higher than that of 69.2% in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the recurrence rate was 22.8% in the treatment group,lower than that of 56.6% in the control group(P<0.01);the recurrence time in the treatment group was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kushen Shechuangzi external washing prescription can quickly and better reduce the symptoms of eczema dermatitis,with less recurrence after treatment and better curative effect.
