浅析刘完素五运六气学术思想

A Brief Analysis of LIU Wansu’s Academic Thought of Five Circuits and Six Qi

从补充五运六气病机、创立“火热论”及创建“亢害承制”辨治体系三个方面浅析刘完素五运六气的学术思想。经分析认为,刘完素《素问玄机原病式》遵循天地五运六气变化之理,在《黄帝内经》“病机十九条”的基础上,提出“六气皆从火化”“五志过极皆为热”,创立了“火热论”,补充发展了病机理论;依据六气之间五行的承制关系,提出“兼化”“反兼胜己之化”“泄其过亢之气”,创建了“亢害承制”辨治体系。刘完素尊古而不泥古,发展了病机理论的同时,传承了五运六气之学,对临床辨析病机及治疗疾病产生了重要的指导作用。

This paper briefly analyzes LIU Wansu’s academic thought of five circuits and six qi from three aspects:supplementing the pathogenesis of five circuits and six qi,creating“fire-heat theory”and establishing the system of differentiation and treatment of“harmful hyperactivity and responding inhibition”.According to the analysis,LIU Wansu’s Suwen Xuanji Yuanbingshi follows the principle of the change of five circuits and six qi in heaven and earth.Based on“pathogenesis item 19”in Huangdi Neijing,LIU Wansu proposed that“six exogenous pathogenic factors transfer from fire”and“excess among the five minds transforms into heat”,and created“fire-heat theory”,which supplements and develops the pathogenesis theory.According to the responding inhibition of five phases among six qi,he put forward“concurrent transformation where phenomenon appears contrary to the essence”,“transforming to the phase that is not restricted”and“discharging the hyperactive qi”,as well as established the system of differentiation and treatment of“harmful hyperactivity and responding inhibition”.LIU Wansu respected the ancient theory but was not restricted by it.While developing the pathogenesis theory,he also inherited the theory of five circuits and six qi,which plays an important guiding role in clinical differentiation of pathogenesis and treatment of disease.
