Research Progress on Acupuncture Treatment of Sleep Disturbance After Stroke

卒中后睡眠障碍为卒中后患者常见的并发症,又称中风后失眠,长期睡眠状态异常容易引起卒中后抑郁以及卒中再发的发生,针刺治疗中风后失眠以其效果显著、绿色安全在临床中得到广泛应用,常用的单纯针刺治疗方案有常规针刺法、腹针针刺法、子午流注针刺法、董氏奇穴针刺法、靳三针针刺法、十三鬼穴针刺法,也有针刺结合其他治疗方法以提高疗效,治疗中选择正确的针刺方案对卒中后患者睡眠状态的改善具有重要的意义。

Post-stroke sleep disorder is a common complication of post-stroke patients,also known as post-stroke insomnia.Long-term abnormal sleep status can easily cause post-stroke depression and recurrence of stroke.Acupuncture is effective in treating post-stroke insomnia.Green and safety are widely used in clinical practice.Commonly used simple acupuncture treatments include conventional acupuncture,abdominal acupuncture,Ziwu Liuzhu acupuncture,Dong’s acupuncture acupuncture,Jin’s three-needle acupuncture,Thirteen ghost point acupuncture methods also have acupuncture combined with other treatment methods to improve the curative effect.Choosing the correct acupuncture plan during treatment is of great significance to the improvement of the sleep state of patients after stroke.
