摘要 目的:分析射频识别(RFID)医疗设备的相互认证协议,提出低成本标签环境中基于轻量级RFID相互认证协议的解决方案,以确保RFID技术的安全性。方法:在分析RFID医疗设备的相互认证协议的基础上,提出在低成本标签环境中基于轻量级RFID相互认证方案和数论研究单元(NTRU)公钥加密体制密码系统安全有效的RFID相互认证方案。比较在RFID环境中应用密码算法时每个组件的计算复杂度,并将建议方案与现有方案的计算进行比较。结果:提出的基于轻量级RFID相互认证方案与现有方案比较,减少了计算的复杂度,避免了各种安全威胁,提高了系统的安全性,适用于计算量有限的低成本标签环境,且满足各种安全需求,降低了计算成本。结论:提出的低成本标签环境中的轻量级RFID相互认证协议,可满足医保环境中RFID技术的安全需求,提高系统工作效率。 Objective:To analyze the mutual authentication protocol of medical equipment with radio frequency identification(RFID),and to propose resolution based on mutual authentication scheme of lightweight grade RFID in low-cost tag environment,so as to ensure the security of RFID technique.Methods:A safe and effective RFID mutual authentication scheme was proposed on the basis of analyzing mutual authentication protocol of medical equipment with RFID,which based on RFID mutual authentication scheme of lightweight grade and cryptosystem of public key encryption system of number theory research unit(NTRU)in low-cost tag environment.And the computation complexity of each component of applying cryptographic algorithm of RFID environment were compared,and the calculation between suggestive scheme and existing scheme was compared.Results:The comparison of lightweightbased RFID mutual authentication scheme and existing scheme reduced the computation complexity,and avoided various of security threat,and improved the security of system,which suited to the low-cost tag environment with finite amount of computation.In addition,it met the different security requirement and reduced the computation cost.Conclusion:The proposed RFID mutual authentication protocol of lightweight grade in low-cost tag environment can meet the security requirement of RFID technique in health insurance environment,and improve work efficiency of system.
