积极应对方式在医务人员社会支持与心理弹性关系中的中介作用

The mediating role of positive coping style in the relationship between social support and psychological resilience of medical staff

目的:研究积极应对方式在医务人员社会支持与心理弹性关系中的中介作用。方法:采用整群随机抽样方法,选取医院检验科、呼吸科、肿瘤科、妇产科、儿科和急诊科6个临床科室的380名医务人员,选用心理弹性量表、社会支持评定量表和简易应对方式量表,调查临床医务人员的心理弹性、社会支持和应对方式。结果:临床医务人员心理弹性得分为(62.22±8.20)分,其中坚韧性、力量性和乐观性得分分别为(31.23±5.17)分、(21.85±3.12)分和(8.83±1.69)分;社会支持得分为(40.87±5.45)分,其中主观支持、客观支持、支持利用度得分分别为(24.06±3.27)分、(10.41±2.53)分和(6.89±1.63)分;积极应对得分为(1.92±0.47)分。坚韧性与力量性、乐观性、主观支持、客观支持、支持利用度和积极应对方式呈显著正相关性(r=0.524,r=0.532,r=0.647,r=0.664,r=0.537,r=0.637;P<0.05)。中介效应比例为48.91%。结论:医务人员存在较严重心理弹性问题,社会支持是其重要的外部保护因素,积极应对方式是其内部保护因素且在社会支持和心理弹性间扮演重要的中介作用。

Objective:To study the mediating role of positive coping style in the relationship between social support and psychological flexibility of medical staff.Methods:A total number of 380 medical staff from 6 clinical departments of hospital:laboratory,respiratory,oncology,obstetrics and gynecology,pediatrics and emergence were selected using cluster random sampling method.The psychological resilience scale,social support rating scale and simple coping style scale were used to investigate the psychological resilience,social support and coping style of clinical medical staff.Results:The psychological resilience scores of clinical medical personnel were(62.22±8.20)points,among which the tenacity,strength and optimism dimensions scores were(31.23±5.17),(21.85±3.12)and(8.83±1.69)points;the social support scores were(40.87±5.45)points,among which the subjective support,objective support and the support utilization scores were(24.06±3.27),(10.41±2.53)and(6.89±1.63)points respectively;positive coping scores were(1.92±0.47)points.Resilience was significantly positively correlated with strength,optimism,subjective support,objective support,support utilization,and positive coping style(r=0.524,r=0.532,r=0.647,r=0.664,r=0.537,r=0.637,P<0.05);the mesomeric effect percentage was 48.91%.Conclusion:Medical staff have serious psychological resilience problems,for which social support is an important external protective factor and positive coping styles play an important intermediary role between social support and psychological resilience.
