基于文献计量的我国MRI设备质量控制研究现状与趋势分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的:基于文献计量分析我国大型医用设备使用能力体系中磁共振成像(MRI)设备的质量控制(QC)现状和研究热点。方法:运用文献检索方法,采取多重检索策略从中国知网、万方以及维普数据平台提取大型医用设备QC相关期刊文献(起始时间不限,截止时间为2020年12月31日),进行发文量年代分布分析后,选择MRI设备文献进行文献评阅,提取主题词等参量进行文献计量分析。结果:检出有效MRI设备QC文献177篇,基本呈振荡态逐年递增趋势;第一作者单位区域分布源于24个省(市)自治区,发文量≥10篇的有福建、北京、山东等5个地区,在个别单位形成研究专题聚集;医疗机构发文121篇,占总样本文献量的68.36%。结论:为保障MRI技术的临床应用质量,我国学者在引进MRI设备后就开展了QC及质量保证(QA)研究,研究热点由初期的标准解读、国外经验讨论,逐步过渡到临床影像质量测评、应用模体等检测工具开展多参数与关键参数QC研究,并深入到在线自动QC、远程QC、功能MRI的QC等专题,有效支持了医疗服务质量。但文献计量结果也揭示出使用QC标准不一、检测参数不等、检测用模体不同等亟待增进的问题,相应提出需要编制适于医疗机构使用的大型医用设备《质量控制指南》与配套培训教材、开展QC认证、设立医学物理师职业,落实QC检测仪器等建议。 Objective:To analyze the current situation and research hotspot of MRI equipment quality control(QC)in the competences of large medical equipment in China based on bibliometrics.Methods:using the literature retrieval method and multiple retrieval strategies,the literature of QC related journals of large medical equipment was extracted from the data platforms of CNKI,WanFang and VIP(the starting time is unlimited and the deadline is December 31,2020).After the analysis of the chronological distribution of the number of documents issued,the MRI equipment literature was selected for literature review,and the subject words and QC related parameters were extracted for bibliometric analysis.Results:177 available literatures of MRI equipment QC were sampled,which basically showed an increased year by year with oscillatory state;The regional distribution of the first author comes from 24 provinces(province-level municipality)and autonomous regions.There are 5 provinces with≥10 articles,including Fujian,Beijing and Shandong,forming a focuses of research topics in individual institutions;121 articles were published by medical institutions,accounting for 68.36%of the total sample literatures.Conclusion:in order to ensure the quality of clinical application of MRI technology,Chinese scholars have carried out QC/QA research after clinical use of first MRI.The research focus has gradually transferred from the initial stage discussion of standards and overseas experience in to clinical image quality evaluation,the application of testing tools such as test phantom,the research on multi parameter and key parameter QC,and went deep into topics such as online automatic QC,remote QC and fMRI QC,which effectively supports the quality of medical service.However,the bibliometric results also reveal the differences in the applications on detection standards,detection parameters and phantom.Accordingly,it is proposed that it is necessary to develop quality control guidelines of large medical equipment and supporting training materials suitable for Chinese medical institutions,carry out QC certification,establish the profession of medical physicist,and implement QC instruments.
