Construction of the optimization of maintenance process of medical equipment based on AHP

建立设备维护系统和优化医疗设备维护过程是医疗设备维护工作的重点,依据定性和定量的方法,分析医疗设备维护效率、维护成本控制以及预防性维护等方面的不足,查找问题产生的原因,同时对医疗设备的管理维护提出可优化设计,引用医用设备分类分区管理维护,纠正工作流程中的不足,从而提高医疗设备的管理能力。

The key point of medical equipment maintenance is to establish equipment maintenance system and optimize maintenance process of medical equipment.Based on the qualitative and quantitative methods,this paper analyzed the deficiencies in the maintenance efficiency,the control of maintenance cost and preventive maintenance of medical equipment,and found out the causes of the problems.At the same time,it put forward the optimizable design for the management and maintenance of medical equipment,and cited the classified and regionalized management and maintenance of medical equipment,and made up for the shortcomings in the workflow,consequently improved the management ability of medical equipment.
