高校基层学生党组织党课管理规范化研究——基于全面质量管理的视角

Study on the Standardization of the Party Course Management in Student Party Organizations in Colleges and Universities:A Study from the Perspective of Comprehensive Quality Management

当前高校基层学生党组织党课管理中,不同程度地存在多元化工作主体质量意识和效果意识不强,党课管理的全面性、整体性、系统性不够,党课执行过程管理的规范化不足等问题。通过借鉴全面质量管理,坚持以质量为中心的思想,借鉴全员参与、全过程控制、全部门管理理念,吸纳采用质量改进方法,增强党课管理工作相关主体的质量意识,制定并逐步完善党课管理程序文件,加强党课管理过程的检查总结与结果处置,能有效提升党课管理的规范化和科学化水平。

At present,there are some problems in the management of Party course in student Party organiza-tions in colleges and universities,such as the weak awareness of the quality and effect of the diversified work sub-jects,the lack of comprehensiveness integrity and systematicness of the Party courses management,and the lack of standardization of the process management.By learning from the comprehensive quality management concept,we adhere to the quality-centered concept,and learn from the concept of full participation,whole process control and all department management,adopt the method of quality improvement,enhance the quality awareness of the rele-vant parties in the Party course management,formulate and gradually improve the Party course management proce-dure documents,and strengthen the inspection and summary and result disposal of the Party course management process,which can effectively enhance the standardization and scientific level of the Party course management.
