高校异地办学的现实困境与突破路径——以哈尔滨工业大学(深圳)为例

Realistic Dilemma and Breakthrough Path of Running University Branch Campuses in Other Cities:A Case Study of Harbin Institute of Technology(Shenzhen)

异地办学作为我国高等教育一种极具代表性的新模式,既取得了一定的办学成效,也在治理结构、人才培养质量、师资队伍建设、大学精神传承等方面面临着现实困境。部分异地办学校区正处于发展的关键瓶颈期。哈尔滨工业大学(深圳)由哈尔滨工业大学与深圳市政府合作共建,历经20年的发展,已成为市校合作、异地办学的典型范例之一。通过分析其办学治校的重大改革举措,可探索出突破异地办学现实困境的有效路径,进而为国内异地办学高校的内涵式发展提供参考借鉴。

Running branch campuses in other cities is a new pattern of China's higher education.It has achieved positive results,but also faces realistic predicaments in administration structure,talent training quality,faculty development,university spirit inheritance,etc.Nowadays,some branch campuses have stepped into the bottleneck period.As a successful example of running branch campuses in other cities,Harbin Institute of Technology(Shenzhen)established by Harbin Institute of Technology and Shenzhen Municipal Government has formulated a series of reformative policies during a 20-year period.By analyzing the major reform measures,it can provide a references for the connotation development of running branch campuses in other cities in China.
