摘要
随着高等教育的普及化和新时代对人才培养质量的更高要求,大学生学业困难现象变得日益普遍和突出。做好学业困难大学生工作不仅关系到大学生个人成长,也是高校学风建设和人才培养质量的重要保障。分析了大学生学业困难在学习方法、适应能力、意志水平、专业兴趣、时间管理方面的内在成因,生源质量、学习环境、家庭氛围、突发事件方面的外在成因,总结了兰州大学物理学院在帮扶学业困难大学生方面的六项主要策略。
With the popularization of higher education and the higher requirements of talent cultivation in the new era, the phenomenon of college students’ academic difficulties has become increasingly common and prominent. Doing a good job for students with academic difficulties is not only related to their personal growth, but also an important guarantee for the construction of academic atmosphere and the quality of talent training in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the internal causes of undergraduates’ academic difficulties in learning methods, adaptability, willpower, professional interest, time management and the external causes of it in enrollment quality, study environment, family atmosphere, and social major emergencies. Six main strategies of the School of Physical Science and Technology of Lanzhou University in helping undergraduates with academic difficulties are summarized.
