摘要 如何全面开展与深入落实对师资要求颇高的"立德树人、五育并举"育人理念,是我国高校亟待解决的一大难题。以"三全育人"理念为指导,首先借助导师制下的师生协同创新创业团队,选拔有坚定理想信念、对自我要求较高的潜在优秀学生,然后以"基础巩固—专长发展—社会融合"为培养路径,通过整合师、生、校、企、家等多方力量,实现全员、全程、全方位育人,从而为社会主义建设培养出"德智体政志"新五育并举的拔尖领袖人才。 How to comprehensively carry out and thoroughly implement the education concept of"building morality and cultivating talents, and cultivating talents in the five new aspects", which has high requirements for teachers, is a major problem to be solved in colleges and universities in China. This paper is guided by the concept of"three-whole education". Firstly with the help of teacher-student collaborative innovation and entrepreneurship team under the tutorial system, we select potentially outstanding students with firm ideals and beliefs and high self-requirements, then follow the talent training model of"foundation consolidation—specialty development—social integration"and integrate the powers and resources of teachers, students, schools, enterprises, and families to carry out the "three-whole education", so as to cultivate the top talents with the education in the five new aspects of morality, intelligence, physical conditions, ideology, and aspiration for socialist construction.
