重大卫生突发事件中留学生心理问题的应对策略

随着来华留学生的规模不断扩大,留学生教育管理工作面临的压力和挑战日益凸显。特别在重大卫生突发事件影响下,部分来华留学生不同程度地出现了心理应激反应,产生了负面思想情绪和心理健康问题,成为留学生管理工作关注的焦点。从现实情况出发,探索了重大卫生突发事件背景下来华留学生心理健康教育的应对策略,对问题学生及时进行心理疏导和危机干预,积极有效地解决问题、化解矛盾,努力保障留学生群体在特殊时期的心理健康,这些应对策略对于避免负面舆情和校园危机事件的发生、保障留学生教育管理工作的平稳开展、维护社会稳定大局,具有重要意义。

With the continuous expansion of the scale of international students in China, the pressure and challenges faced by the education and management of international students have become increasingly prominent.Especially under the influence of the outbreak of major health emergencies, some international students in China have experienced psychological stress of various degrees, causing some negative emotions and mental health problems, which have become the focus of the management of international students. Starting from the practical problems, this paper explores the countermeasures of the mental health education for international students in the context of the outbreak of major public health emergencies. Schools should provide timely psychological counseling and crisis intervention for the students who have such problems, actively and effectively solve problems and resolve contradictions, and strive to ensure the mental health of international students in special periods. The above coping strategies are of great significance to avoiding the occurrence of negative public opinion and campus crisis events,ensuring the smooth development of the education and management of international students and maintaining the overall situation of social stability.
