PDCA循环质控管理措施在医院护理质量管理中的应用

Application of PDCA circular quality control management measures in hospital nursing quality management

目的探讨戴明环(PDCA)循环质控管理措施在医院护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法记录并比较深圳市人民医院PDCA循环质控管理措施实施前(2020年1至6月)、实施后(2020年7月至2021年1月)护理人员的技能操作成绩、护理质量评分,以及实施前后患者的病房不良事件发生率及患者的满意度。结果PDCA循环质控管理措施实施后,护理人员的静脉输液、氧气吸入法、心肺复苏、无菌操作评分分别为(97.21±1.76)分、(98.33±1.36)分、(98.74±1.20)分、(98.42±1.31)分,明显高于实施前的(85.73±6.08)分、(90.02±3.45)分、(92.15±3.76)分、(89.67±5.27)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后,护理人员的基础护理、优质护理、病区管理、危重患者管理、药品/物品管理、护理文件书写、行为操作规范以及护理安全评分明显高于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后患者的病房不良事件发生率为0.16%,明显低于实施前的0.34%,患者的总满意度为92.13%,明显高于实施前的80.93%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环质控管理措施有助于提高医院护理质量,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To study the application of deming cycle(PDCA)circular quality control management measures in hospital nursing quality management.Methods The skill operation,nursing quality scores of nursing staff before implementation of PDCA circular quality control management measures(January to June 2020)and after implementation(July 2020 to January 2021)in Shenzhen People’s Hospital were recorded and compared,as well as the incidence of adverse events and patient satisfaction before and after the implementation.Results After the implementation of PDCA circular quality control management measures,the intravenous infusion,oxygen inhalation,cardiopulmonary resuscitation,and aseptic operation scores of nursing staff were(97.21±1.76)points,(98.33±1.36)points,(98.74±1.20)points,(98.42±1.31)points,which were significantly higher than(85.73±6.08)points,(90.02±3.45)points,(92.15±3.76)points,(89.67±5.27)points before implementation(P<0.05);after implementation,the basic nursing,high quality nursing,ward management,critical patients management,drug/article management,nursing document writing,behavioral operation standard,and nursing safety score of nursing staff were significantly higher than those before the implementation(P<0.05);after the implementation,the incidence of adverse events was 0.16%,which was significantly lower than 0.34%before the implementation(P<0.05);after implementation,the total satisfaction rate of the patients was92.13%,which was significantly higher than 80.93%before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA circular quality control management measures are helpful to improve the quality of hospital nursing,and have a high clinical application value.
