摘要
动脉粥样硬化是一种由多种危险因素引起、以高度特异性的细胞因子反应为特征的慢性炎症疾病,可引起心肌梗死、中风和外周动脉疾病等多种血管不良事件。炎性反应在动脉粥样硬化的各个阶段均有显著影响,其中内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞和巨噬细胞参与炎性反应的全过程。近年来,研究发现具有组织特异性的长链非编码RNA在动脉粥样硬化的发生发展中发挥着重要作用,并可参与动脉粥样硬化炎症微环境的调节,但对其具体作用机制仍处于初始阶段。笔者就近几年长链非编码RNA在动脉粥样硬化炎性反应中的作用作一综述,以期为动脉粥样硬化性疾病的防治提供新的干预靶点。
Atherosclerosis is a chronic inflammatory disease that is caused by multiple risk factors and characterized by a highly specific cytokine response.Atherosclerosis can cause various vascular adverse events such as myocardial infarction,stroke,and peripheral arterial disease.Inflammatory response has a signifi⁃cant impact on all stages of atherosclerosis,in which endothelial cells,smooth muscle cells and macrophages are involved in the whole process of inflammatory response.In recent years,studies have found that tissue⁃spe⁃cific long non⁃coding RNA plays an important role in the development of atherosclerosis and can participate in the regulation of atherosclerotic inflammatory microenvironment,but its specific mechanism of action is still in the initial stage.This paper reviews the role of long non⁃coding RNA in atherosclerotic inflammatory response in recent years,hoping to provide novel targets for the prevention and treatment of atherosclerotic diseases.
