摘要
为解决矿井提升机运行过程中存在的超载提升,钢丝绳受力不均等问题,设计了一款基于ARM的嵌入式矿井提升机超载预警系统。该系统采用先进的传感技术、Sub-G无线通信技术、工业级嵌入式ARM微控制器技术,对数据进行实时采集和无线传输,实现提升机超载监测和钢丝绳张力差监测,有效地避免事故的发生。由于矿井提升机属移动设备,无线数据采集装置只能用电池供电,因此整个系统的设计和选型皆遵循低功耗原则。
In order to solve the problem of overload hoisting and uneven force of wire rope in the operation process of mine hoist,an embedded overload warning system of mine hoist based on ARM is designed.The system adopts advanced sensor technology,Sub-G wireless communication technology and industrial embedded ARM microcontroller technology to realize real-time data acquisition and wireless transmission,realize overload monitoring of hoist and tension difference monitoring of wire rope,and effectively avoid accidents.Because the mine hoist is a mobile device,the wireless data acquisition device can only be powered by battery,so the design and selection of the whole system follow the principle of low power consumption.
