摘要
某钢铁企业扩建改造污水处理设施,实现厂区污水实现零排放。预处理工艺采用“污水调节+高效沉淀+过滤+接触消毒”,出水满足厂区生产消防用水水质要求;深度处理工艺采用“消毒出水+多介质过滤+超滤+反渗透”,出水满足厂区除盐水回用水质要求。
The current sewage treatment facilities of an iron and steel enterprise were expanded and reconstructed to realize zero discharge of sewage in the plant area.The pretreatment process adopts"sewage regulation+high-efficiency sedimentation+filtration+contact disinfection",and the effluent meets the quality requirements of production and fire water in the plant;The advanced treatment process adopts disinfection effluent+multi-media filtration+ultrafiltration+reverse osmosis",and the effluent meets the reuse water quality requirements of demineralized water in the plant.
