数据在不同格式和应用程序之间的迁移通常不只是数据格式之间的简单转换,转换常常包含很多复杂的部分,最终结果很可能与目标系统的需求不匹配,为了保留数据的关键部分,将其无损地加载到目标应用程序中,可能需要调整数据模型、内容、描述信息或坐标系统,而FME软件对此可提供良好的解决方案。本文探索和研究FME软件在GIS数据处理中的一些典型应用,经多个项目验证,FME在数据处理及转换中发挥了便捷、快速、高效、灵活的特点,在提高GIS数据处理作业效率、增强数据质量检查准确度、降低数据更新维护成本等方面发挥了重要作用。

Data migration between different formats and applications is usually not just a simple transformation between data formats.The transformation often contains many complex parts,and the final result may not match the requirements of the target system.In order to preserve the key parts of data and load them losslessly into the target application,you may need to adjust the data model,content,description information or data structure,while FME software can provide a good solution to this problem.This paper explores and studies some typical applications of FME software in GIS data processing.It has been verified by many projects that FME plays a convenient,fast,efficient and flexible role in data processing and conversion,FME has played an important role in improving the efficiency of GIS data processing,enhancing the accuracy of data quality inspection,and reducing the cost of data update and maintenance.
