刀具织构对表面粗糙度的影响

摘要 利用激光加工技术在刀具主后刀面上加工出微凹坑织构,对比分析普通刀具和织构刀具在不同转速条件下分别切削45#钢后工件表面的粗糙度,微织构刀具加工的工件表面粗糙度变化小,证明微织构刀具可以提高工件表面的加工质量。 The comparison of surface roughness between the 45#steel workpieces cut at different rotation speed with conventional cutters and micro-textured cutters prove that micro-textured cutters can improve the surface quality of workpieces because the surface roughness changes a little after cutting.
