摘要
通过在线测试生产38 t产品时某台车炉内不同空燃比时的炉内氧含量,CO及氮氧化合物的含量和吨耗,发现随着炉内温度升高,炉内氧含量会明显降低。当空燃比大于8.8:1时,炉内几乎均没有CO生成,但炉内NO_(x)含量明显增加,在空燃比达到9.2:1时吨钢燃气消耗量最低。指出通过调整空燃比可有效提高台车炉燃料的利用率,台车式热处理炉的吨耗降低,节约燃料成本,有效减少台车炉的氮氧化合物及碳排放。
The on-line test of a trolley furnace for its oxygen,CO and nitrogen oxides content as well as the gas consumption per ton of product when it produces 38 t product at different air-fuel ratios finds that the oxygen content drops quickly as the furnace temperature rises.When the air-fuel ratio is higher than 8.8:1,almost no CO is generated in the furnace,but the NO_(x) content increases significantly.When the air-fuel ratio reaches 9.2:1,the gas consumption per ton of product is lowest.The adjustment of the air-fuel ratio in trolley furnaces can increase effectively the fuel utilization rate and reduce the fuel consumption per ton of product of trolley furnaces,which cuts down the cost of fuels and the emissions of nitrogen oxides and carbon from trolley furnaces effectively.
