摘要
目的探讨miR-17-5p在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者中的表达差异及其与临床病理特征的相关性。方法利用数据库分析miR-17-5p在NSCLC肿瘤组织与正常组织中的表达差异。分析60例NSCLC患者和60例健康受试者血清miR-17-5p表达,并结合临床资料分析其表达差异的临床意义;分析miR-17-5p、CEA、CYFRA21-1和CA125与临床病理特征的相关性。结果数据库和临床分析发现,miR-17-5p在NSCLC组织和血清中的表达均显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05),并且高表达患者的预后要比低表达患者差。通过AUC曲线测量的miR-17-5p诊断准确性为0.746,大于CEA、CYFRA21-1和CA125。临床分析发现,血清miR-17-5p高表达与患者的淋巴结转移相关。结论血清miR-17-5p可作为潜在的NSCLC诊断和预后评价的分子标志物。NSCLC患者血清miR-17-5p表达升高,且与患者的预后关系密切。
Aim To evaluate microRNA-17-5p(miR-17-5p)expression in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),and investigate its association with clinicopathological characteristics.Methods The expression differences of miR-17-5p between tumor tissues and normal tissues were analyzed by using the database.The expression of miR-17-5p of 60 NSCLC patients and 60 healthy subjects in serum was analyzed,and the clinical significance of the difference was analyzed combined with clinical data.The correlation of miR-17-5p,CEA,CYFRA21-1 and CA125 with clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed.Results According to database and clinical analysis,the expression of miR-17-5p in NSCLC tissue and serum was significantly higher than that of healthy control group(P<0.05),and the prognosis of patients with high expression was worse than that of patients with low expression.The diagnostic accuracy of miR-17-5p measured by the AUC curve was 0.746,higher than that of CEA,CYFRA21-1 and CA125AUC.Clinical analysis found that the high expression of serum miR-17-5p was associated with lymph node metastasis in patient.Conclusions Serum miR-17-5p can be used as a potential molecular marker for diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of NSCLC.The expression of serum miR-17-5p in NSCLC patients is increased,and it is closely related to the prognosis of patients.
