Research on the Employment Rate Prediction of Colleges Based on BP Neural Network——Taking ZZ University as an example

探析高校毕业生就业过程中存在的影响因素,以便构建合理的就业结构模型.以ZZ高校各学院2019年毕业生为研究对象,采用BP神经网络对毕业生就业率进行预测和分析.利用MATLAB实验仿真,得出该网络的最大误差为4.34%,满足预期要求.就业率预测模型研究为高校毕业生就业指导提供一定的技术和理论支持,从而对就业率做出预测.

Analyze the factors that impact college graduates'employment to build reasonable employment structure model.This article uses the graduate class of 2019 from ZZ University as reasearch objects and BP Neural Netwroks to predict and anlayze the employment rate.The standard error is 4.34%using the MATLAB simulink,meeting the expected requirements.The research of college graduates employment rate prediction model provides technical and theoretical support for college graduates career development,thus making prediction for employment rate.
