有机高分子聚合物对多孔混凝土力学性能影响试验分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对普通多孔混凝土强度较低的问题,通过添加有机高分子聚合物来改善多孔混凝土的强度和韧性,并对制备的多孔聚合物水泥混凝土进行力学性能试验分析。试验结果表明:制备的多孔聚合物水泥混凝土试件的28 d抗压强度和抗折强度分别在20 MPa和2.5 MPa以上,有机高分子聚合物能够提高多孔水泥混凝土的抗折强度,抗压强度随掺量的增加先增大后减小,呈现峰值特性;有机高分子聚合物的加入可以提高多孔混凝土颗粒间的黏结、延缓裂缝的发展、增加多孔混凝土的韧性,其最佳掺量为2%;掺加聚合物能够显著提高多孔混凝土的抗冻融能力,冻融循环次数越多效果越明显。 The strength and toughness of porous concrete are improved by adding organic polymer to the porous concrete to solve the problem of low strength of ordinary porous concrete.The mechanical properties of porous polymer cement concrete with organic polymer were tested.The results show that:the 28 d compressive strength and flexural strength of the prepared porous polymer cement concrete specimens are above 20 MPa and 2.5 MPa respectively,and the organic polymer can improve the bending strength of the porous cement concrete.The compressive strength first increases and then decreases with the increase of the content,showing a peak characteristic.The addition of polymer can improve the bonding force between porous concrete particles,delay the development of cracks,and increase the toughness of porous concrete,and the optimal content is 2%.Concrete mixed with polymer has obvious freeze-thaw resistance compared with concrete not mixed with polymer,and the advantage is more obvious with the increase of freezethaw cycles.
