牵引杆挂车转盘抗倾翻能力试验研究

摘要 由于牵引杆挂车转盘的制造,没有按照轴承的技术要求进行控制,而且上下转盘的轴向、径向间隙和游隙过大,滚道没有进行热处理等,经常造成运行中突发的转盘倾覆导致上下转盘脱开的故障。针对这一现象,按照支承轴承的技术要求制造了牵引杆转盘,转盘改进了设计和加工工艺,严格控制轴向、径向间隙和游隙,并对内部滚道进行了热处理加工,制造了双排异径球转盘,并进行了抗倾覆能力试验,验证了在破坏性试验时,上下转盘不会脱开的结论。 Due to the manufacture of the tractor trailer turntable,it is not controlled according to the technical requirements of bearings,axial and radial clearance and backlash of upper and lower turntables are too large,the raceway is not heat treated,etc.Therefore,it often causes the sudden failure of the upper and lower turntables to disengage in operation.Aiming at this phenomenon,the traction rod turntable is manufactured according to the technical requirements of the supporting bearing,the rotary disc improves the design and processing technology,strictly controls the axial and radial clearance and the clearance,and the internal raceway is heat treated,and the double row diameter ball turntable is manufactured,and the anti-overturning ability test is carried out.The conclusion that the upper and lower turntables will not take off in destructive test is verified.
