2016年周口市青少年性行为影响因素分析

摘要 目的了解周口市青少年性行为的现状及其影响因素。方法 2016年按分阶段整群随机抽样,对周口市在校学生1 186名进行问卷调查,采用Epi data3.1建立数据库并进行数据录入;使用SPSS 13.0软件进行数据清理和统计分析。结果调查青少年1 186人,男生601人(50.67%),女生585人(49.32%),年龄为13~25(17.71±2.17)岁;单因素显示性别、学校、年龄、民族、母亲文化程度、了解性知识渠道、特殊异性朋友、拥抱、接吻和抚摸对方身体对性行为有影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。多因素分析显示,性别(OR=3.78,P<0.01)、年龄(OR=0.69,P<0.05)、民族(OR=0.27,P<0.01)、接吻(OR=4.14,P<0.01)和抚摸对方身体(OR=13.32,P<0.01)等是发生性行为的影响因素。结论周口市男生的性行为的发生率高。 Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of adolescents sexual behaviors in Zhoukou city. Methods A total of 1 186 students in Zhoukou city were randomly selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method and questionnaire surveyed in 2014,Epi data 3.1 was used to establish the database and complete the data entry, and SPSS 13.0 software was used for data cleaning and analysis. Results A total of 1 186 adolescents were surveyed, including 601(50.67%) boys and 585(49.32%) girls, the age was 13-25(17.71±2.17) years old;single factors analysis showed that gender, school, age, ethnicity, mother’s educational level, channels of knowledge about sex, special friends of the opposite sex, hugging, kissing and touching each other’s body were associated with sexual behavior, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Multi-factor analysis showed that gender(OR=3.78,P<0.01),age(OR=0.69,P<0.05),ethnicity(OR=0.27,P<0.01),kissing(OR=4.14,P<0.01)and touching each other’s body(OR=13.32,P<0.01) were factors that affect sexual behavior. Conclusion Male students have a higher incidence of sexual behavior in Zhoukou city.Related knowledge should be popularized among young people at different stages.
