2014~2019年厦门市集美区手足口病流行特征

Epidemiological characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease, Jimei district, Xiamen city,2014-2019

目的了解厦门市集美区手足口病流行病学特征,为制定综合防控措施提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病方法对厦门市集美区2014~2019年手足口病发病资料进行分析。结果 2014~2019年厦门市集美区手足口病发病7 786例,年均发病率为200.03/10万(7 786/3 892 376),发病水平整体呈上升趋势(P<0.01)。发病人群主要集中在<5岁以下儿童(90.23%,7 027/7 786),以散居儿童为主(74.25%,5 781/7 786),男性发病率(224.32/10万)高于女性(172.25/10万)(P<0.01)。发病高峰集中在每年的4~6和9~10月,呈双峰分布。厦门市集美区6个镇街均有发病,侨英街道发病率最高,为358.50/10万(3 102/865 232)。结论 2014~2019年厦门市集美区手足口病总体呈上升趋势。

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) in Jimei district of Xiamen city, so as to provide scientific basis for developing comprehensive prevention and control measures. Methods A descriptive analysis was applied to analyze the HFMD data in Jimei district of Xiamen city during 2014-2019. Results A total of 7 786 HFMD cases were reported in Jimei district of Xiamen city during 2014-2019,and the average annual incidence was 200.03/105(7 786/3 892 376).The overall incidence showed incline tread(P<0.01).The cases mainly concentrated in children <5 years old(90.23%,7 027/7 786) and was dominated in scattered children(74.25%,5 781/7 786).The incidence in men(224.32/105,4 659/2 076 972) was statistically higher than it in women(172.25/105,3 127/1 815 404)(P<0.01).The peak of the disease was concentrated in April-June and September-October, showing a bimodal distribution.All the 6 towns and streets in Jimei district had HFMD cases, but Qiaoying street had the highest incidence, exceeding 358.50/105(3 102/865 232). Conclusion The overall incidence of HFMD was increasing during 2104-2019.
