摘要
目的建立超声提取-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定大气PM2.5中21种元素含量的方法。方法 2020年9月,将采集PM2.5的石英滤膜分别经5%HNO_(3)与25%HNO_(3)超声提取,采用ICP-MS测定其中21种元素,内标法定量。采用配对样品t检验比较2种提取方法的差异。结果 21种元素的检出限为0.008~3.95 ng/m^(3),加标回收率为76.0%~120.5%。Mn、Fe、Sr、Ti、Co以及Sb等6种元素在25%硝酸中提取效率更高。结论该方法灵敏度高、准确性好,可用于PM2.5中多种元素的同时检测。
Objective Establishing an ultrasonic extraction and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry model to determinate the content of 21 elements in PM2.5. Methods The quartz filter membrane collected PM2.5 was extracted by 5% HNO_(3) and 25% HNO_(3) ultrasound respectively, and 21 elements were determined by ICP-MS and quantified by internal standard method in September 2020.Paired sample t test was used to compare the differences between the two extraction methods. Results The detection limit of 21 elements was 0.008-3.95 ng/m^(3),and the standard recovery was 76.0%-120.5%.The extraction efficiency of Mn, Fe, Sr, Ti, Co, Sb was higher in 25% nitric acid. Conclusion This model has high sensitivity and good accuracy.It can be used for simultaneous detection of multiple elements in PM2.5.
