职业教育校企合作模式实践与运作机制探究

Study on the Practice and Operation Mechanism of School-enterprise Cooperation Mode in Vocational Education

校企合作是推动职业教育精准改革的重要举措,是职业教育理论和实践相结合的最佳方式,也是培养高技能型人才的核心途径。文章基于我国大力推进产教融合、校企合作的时代背景和战略机遇,分析了职业教育校企合作的国际经验,并对我国职业教育校企合作模式的实践进行了深入剖析,提出我国职业教育校企合作运作机制的关键要素。

School-enterprise cooperation is an important measure to promote the precise reform of vocational education,the best way to combine the theory and practice of vocational education,and the core way to cultivate highly skilled talents.Based on the historical background and strategic opportunities of vigorously promoting the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation in China,this paper analyzes the international experience of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education,and deeply analyzes the practice of school-enterprise cooperation mode in China’s vocational education,and puts forward the key elements of school-enterprise cooperation operation mechanism in China’s vocational education.
