摘要 现代学徒制、工匠精神培育与双创教育均已成为当前我国中职教育改革的热点。基于对中职现代学徒制专业学生工匠精神培育与双创教育的现状调查,分析工匠精神培育与双创教育的关联性及协同育人原则,提出"双元双轨、三维协同、四位一体"的协同育人模式,以期依托现代学徒制模式实现培养中职双创型工匠的育人目标。 Modern apprenticeship system,the spirit of workmanship cultivation and innovation and entrepreneurship education have become the hot spots of the reform of secondary vocational education in China at present.Based on the investigation of the current situation of the spirit of workmanship cultivation and innovation and entrepreneurship education for modern apprenticeship system major students in secondary vocational colleges,the relationship and cooperative education principle between them has been analyzed;the"dual elements and dual tracks,three-dimensional coordination and four in one"cooperative education mode has also been put forward,in order to rely on modern apprenticeship system mode to achieve the goal of cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship craftsmen in secondary vocational schools.
