职业院校课程思政“三层四解五步”教学改革实践研究 被引量:7

摘要 为实现立德树人的根本任务,将课程思政理念融入专业人才培养方案、课程设计和教学实施全过程,通过借鉴国内外职业能力分析方法、行动导向教学法等课程改革思路,结合职业教育的实践研究,提出了"三层四解五步"职业院校课程思政实施路径,对推动职业院校全面课程思政改革起到了积极的指导作用。"三层四解五步"课程思政实施路径从学校、专业和课程三个层面有机衔接,从弘扬中国精神和社会主义核心价值观、道德塑造、培养法治思维和职业基本素养四个方面解析思政元素,通过岗位思政元素调研、召开课程思政元素分析会、课程思政教学设计、课程思政教学资源开发和课程思政教学评价五个步骤,实现思想政治理论教育与专业教育相互促进。 In order to achieve the basic task of moral education,integrate the curriculum ideology and politics concept into professional talent training scheme,course design and teaching implementation process.Through such curriculum reform ideas as professional ability analysis method and the action-oriented teaching method at home and abroad for reference,combined with the practice research on vocational education,put forward the"three levels,four explanations and five steps"implementation path of curriculum ideology and politics in vocational colleges,which plays a positive guiding role in promoting the curriculum ideology and politics reform in vocational colleges comprehensively.The curriculum ideology and politics implementation path of"three levels,four explanations and five steps"is an organic link between school,major and curriculum,and analyze the ideological and political elements from four aspects of carrying forward the Chinese spirit and socialist core values,shaping morality,and cultivating legal thinking and professional basic qualities.The ideological and political theory education and professional education can promote each other through five steps:post investigation of ideological and political elements,holding analysis meeting of curriculum ideology and politics elements,curriculum ideology and politics teaching design,curriculum ideology and politics teaching resources development and curriculum ideology and politics teaching evaluation.
