Experience in Ereatment of Modified Xiaoxuming Decoction Combined with Midnight-Noon Ebb-Flow Acupuncture on Peripheral Facial Paralysis

通过讨论周围性面瘫病因病机及中医临床分型,论述小续命汤加减结合子午流注针法对于周围性面瘫的治疗应用,指出小续命汤加减结合子午流注针法是针对周围性面瘫病因病机的从根本上治疗本病的较好方法,在改善临床症状的同时调节脏腑功能、扶助正气,杜绝本病复发。

By discussing the etiology and pathogenesis of peripheral facial paralysis and the clinical classification of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper discusses the application of Xiaoxuming decoction combined with midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis,and points out that Xiaoxuming decoction combined with midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture is a great method for the fundamental treatment that aiming at the etiology and pathogenesis of peripheral facial paralysis,which can improve the clinical symptoms,regulate the function of viscera and help healthy qi to prevent recurrence of the disease.
