论数学“学养教师”的培养 被引量:1

摘要 提升教师专业素质能力,培养高素质复合型教师,是新时代振兴教师教育的一个基本要求。基于此,职前数学教师教育要把培养数学“学养教师”作为数学师范教育的重要目标。数学“学养教师”是对数学“教书匠教师”的突破和超越。因此,在数学师范生的培养教育观上,应以“数学文化教育观”取代“数学知识教育观”,并在实施数学师范教育课程中,积极引导师范生做到三个结合:第一,获得数学知识与领悟数学思想相结合;第二,求解数学问题与理解欣赏数学相结合;第三,接受教学技能规范训练与参与教学创新活动相结合。 The basic requirement of teacher education in the new era is to improve teachers professional quality and cultivate high-quality compound teachers.Therefore,in the pre-service mathematics teacher education,we should take the training of mathematics“scholar-teachers”as the important goal of mathematics normal education.Training mathematics“scholar-teachers”is a breakthrough and transcendence of the training of mathematics“pedagogue teachers”.Correspondingly,in the orientation of training,we should replace the view of mathematical intellectual with the view of mathematical culture education,guiding normal students to integrate acquiring mathematical knowledge with comprehending mathematical ideas,to connect mathematical problem solving with the mathematical understanding and appreciating,and to combine skill training with innovation activities.
