近年来,随着国家建设要向高质量方向发展,研究生培养越来越重视实践和创新。目前,研究生的数量越来越多,研究生科研能力的培养问题越发突出。在科研试验中如何学习知识、提升自己的问题摆在每一个研究生新生面前。在科研试验中,研究生总会扮演不同的角色,或者是一个环节的保障者,或是一个项目的负责人。在不同的角色中,研究生应做好每个角色的任务,在科研试验中提升自己的实践能力,通过解决试验中遇到的问题,更加深入地了解试验背后的理论。对于新产生的问题,则需要学生进行一定的创新以解决问题。通过科研试验的锻炼学习,使学生朝着实践型创新型的复合型人才方向发展。

In recent years, with the development of national construction to the direction of high quality, more and more attention is paid to practice and innovation in postgraduate training. At present, the number of graduate students is increasing, and the cultivation of graduate students’ scientific research ability is becoming more and more prominent. In the scientific research experiment, how to learn knowledge and to improve their own ability has become an issue for every new graduate students. In research experiments, graduate students always play different roles.Sometimes they are the guarantor of a link, sometimes they are the leader of a project. In different roles, graduate students should do well in the tasks of each role, improve their practical ability in scientific research experiments,and have a deeper understanding of the theory behind the experiments by solving problems encountered in the experiments. For new problems, students need to solve them by innovation. Through the exercise and study of scientific research experiments, students can be cultivated to be practical and innovative compound talents.
