Emergency plan is the key of emergency management system,the premise of emergency management,and the guarantee to reduce the accident damage and impact when accidents break out.Teaching is the core work of colleges and universities,and emergency events of teaching activities occur from time to time.This paper mainly expounds how to construct the emergency plan system of teaching activities from the specific level,and how to plan and compile the emergency plan of teaching activities.This paper gives a detailed description of the function,influencing factors,basic structure and compilation requirements of the emergency plan,in order to provide practical guidance and reference for the formulation of emergency plan for teaching activities in colleges and universities.
