新时代背景下提高材料类研究生创新能力探究

Exploration on the Improvement of the Innovation Ability of Material Graduate Students in the New Era

阐述了在新时代研究生群体对于社会发展的作用。提出了材料学科研究生教育创新和改革的重要性,以及目前研究生培养模式中存在的问题。提出了新时代研究生需要具备的能力,并从课程体系改革、教学模式、教学方法及教学手段改革、理论与实践联系、硕士研究生导师队伍建设、企业与学校加强联系、明确培养目标定位七个方面探讨了材料学科研究生教育改革的经验和建议。对现今高校研究生培养中出现的问题给出了解决方法和一些建议。

This paper expounds the role of graduate students for social development in the new era.The importance of the innovation and reform of postgraduate education in material discipline and the problems existing in the current postgraduate training model are discussed.It puts forward the abilities that graduate students need to have in the new era,discusses the experience and suggestions of material discipline graduate education reform from the aspects of curriculum system reform,teaching model,teaching means and teaching method reform,the combination between theory and practice,the construction of supervisor’team,the strengthening of relationship between enterprises and schools,the specific positioning of training objectives,etc.This paper gives some solutions and suggestions to the problems in the current postgraduate training.
