随着政治经济的快速发展,社会对人才的需求发生了变化,不仅要有扎实的专业知识,还要具备较高的思想政治素养。同时,大学生受复杂的社会环境影响,思想呈多元化发展。基于对大学生思想政治教育重要性的认识,结合当前的社会形势,高校必须采取一系列措施强化大学生思想政治教育工作。介绍了大学生思想政治教育工作的现状,分析了形成这种现状的主要原因,得出新形势下大学生思想政治工作的创新路径:直面思想困惑,澄清重大问题;顺应时代发展趋势,有效推出"云上思政"的网络思想政治教育;提升人文关怀,服务心理健康,从根本上进一步提升大学生思想政治教育工作的质量。从而为国家、为社会培养出合格的新一代人才。

With the rapid development of political and economic development, the social demand for talents has changed. Students should not only have solid professional knowledge, but also have higher ideological and political literacy. At the same time, college students are affected by the complex social environment, and their thoughts are diversified. Based on the understanding of the importance of ideological and political education of college students, and combined with the current social situation, colleges and universities must take a series of measures to strengthen ideological and political education of college students. This paper introduces the current situation of college students’ ideological and political education, analyzes the main reasons for the formation of this situation, and puts forward the innovative path of college students’ ideological and political education work under the new situation: to face ideological confusion and to clarify major problems;to conform to the development trend of the times,and launch the network ideological and political education method of "ideological and political education on the cloud";to improve humanistic care, and to service students’ mental health, so as to fundamentally improve the quality of ideological and political education of college students and train a new generation of qualified talents for the country and society.
