Application Value of Hysteroscopy Simulation Teaching in Obstetrics and Gynecology Teaching

研究宫腔镜模拟教学及在妇产科教学中的应用价值,集中研究宫腔镜模拟教学相较于传统教学的优势。以对比实验为主,通过设置教学对照组和教学观察组,对比用普通宫腔镜教学的学生和利用宫腔镜模拟教学的学生学习效果的区别,主要观察对象为2020年9月在我院妇产科实习的160名妇产科学生,其中前80名学生为对照组,后80名学生为观察组。通过对观察组和对照组展开不同的实践训练,观察两组学生的状态和学生掌握技术的时间、熟练程度,发现使用宫腔镜模拟教学的学生可以在更短的时间内掌握宫腔镜技术,而且对操作宫腔镜的技术技能也比较熟练。结果表明,宫腔镜模拟教学的质量比较高,学生的满意度也比较高,可以被广泛推广。

Research Objectives: This paper studies hysteroscopy simulation teaching and its application value in obstetrics and gynecology teaching, and focuses on the advantages of hysteroscopy simulation teaching compared with traditional teaching. Research methods: Mainly based on the contrast experiment. By setting the teaching control group and teaching observation group, the study compares the difference between students taught with ordinary hysteroscopy teaching and the students taught with the use of hysteroscopy simulation teaching. The main objects of observation were 160 obstetrics and gynecology students who practiced in our hospital in September 2020, of which80 students were in the control group and the other 80 students were in the observation group. Results: Through different practice training for the observation group and control group, observing the status of the two groups and the time and proficiency of the students to master the technology, we found that students who use hysteroscopy simulation teaching can master hysteroscopy technology in a shorter time, and are more skilled in the technical skills of operating hysteroscopy. Conclusion: The quality of hysteroscopy simulation teaching is relatively high, and the students’ satisfaction degree is also relatively high, so it can be widely promoted.
