摘要 随着现代医学的进一步发展,医学模式转变为“生物—心理—社会”的现代医学模式,社会对医护人员的综合素质特别是职业素养提出了更高的要求。“护理学导论”作为引导学生了解护理专业的一门重要课程,应该为护生养成护理职业素质、专业价值观奠定基础。伟大时代呼唤伟大精神,崇高事业需要榜样引领,本着传承南丁格尔精神的宗旨,课程通过多种形式在教学中融入思想政治理念,潜移默化中在学生心中种下爱的种子,将学生培养成具有社会主义核心价值观、具有奉献精神的白衣天使。这种教学改革也是践行习近平总书记提出的“要坚持把立德树人作为中心环节,把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程,实现全程育人、全方位育人”根本任务的一种有效的途径。 With the further development of modern medicine,the medical model has been transformed into the modern medical model of“biology-psychology-society”.The society has put forward higher requirements for the comprehensive quality of medical staff,especially the professional literacy.Introduction to Nursing Science,as an important course to guide students to understand nursing major,should lay a foundation for nursing students to develop nursing professional literacy and professional values.The great era calls for great spirit,and the lofty cause need leading examples.Based on learning from the spirit of Florence Nightingale,and through a variety of forms,“curriculum ideological and political education”is integrated into the teaching of the course,hoping to plant the seed of love in students’heart imperceptibly and cultivate students to become excellent nursing worker with socialist core values and the spirit of dedication.This kind of teaching reform is also an effective way to practice the fundamental task of“taking‘building morality and cultivating talents’as the central link,implementing ideological and political education through the whole process of education and teaching,and realizing the whole process and all-round education”proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping.
