摘要
文章基于构建空间全局莫兰指数和局部空间自相关指数检验,并利用面板数据构建空间误差模型和空间滞后模型,对数字经济发展对中国产业结构升级的影响进行了研究,取得了数字经济发展和产业结构升级存在空间依赖性和区域聚集特性;数字经济发展对中国产业结构升级具有正向作用;科研发展水平、金融发展水平、移动互联网发展水平对中国产业结构升级具有正向作用,信息技术市场对中国产业结构升级没有显著的影响等研究成果。文章提出加大通信基础设施建设和相关政策扶持、完善数字经济创新环境和金融支持体系和区域协调发展水平、发挥数字经济带动产业转型升级的相关建议。
The article investigated the impact of digital economy development on industrial structure upgrading in China using the tests of constructing spatial GlobalMoran's I and local spatial autocorrelation index,as well as panel data to construct spatial error model and spatial lag model.The following research findings were discovered:The development of the digital economy and the upgrading of the industrial structure have spatial dependence and regional aggregation characteristics;the development of the digital economy has a positive impact on the upgrading of China's industrial structure;the level of scientific research development,financial development,and mobile Internet development all have a positive impact on China's industrial structure upgrading;the information technology market has no significant impact on China's industrial structure upgrading.The article also makes pertinent recommendations for increasing communication infrastructure construction and related policy support,improving the digital economy innovation environment and financial support system,as well as the level of regional coordinated development,and leveraging the digital economy to drive industry transformation and upgrading.
