新疆南疆三地州城镇少数民族群众语言使用及国家通用语普及情况调查研究

Investigation and Research on the Language Use and the Popularization of National Common Language of Ethnic Minorities in Three Prefecture’s Cities and Towns of Southern Xinjiang

文章从南疆三地州城镇少数民族群众的语言使用、语言能力、语言态度及国家通用语普及状况等方面入手,对其现状进行调研,从社会语言学和语言心理学的角度针对存在的问题提出相应建议,以期为构建和谐语言生态,提高国家通用语普及程度做一些有益探索。

The paper analyzes the language use,language ability,language attitude and the popularization of national common language of the minority people in the three prefectures of southern Xinjiang.It makes a survey on the current situation,and puts forward some targeted suggestions from the perspective of sociolinguistics and linguistic psychology,in order to build a harmonious language ecology and improve the popularization of national common language.
