摘要
国产SFH能否取代进口FSH而降低羊体内胚胎生产成本呢?本课题组于2019年6月中旬在内蒙古自治区赤峰市巴林右旗养羊户选取65只优秀蒙古羊为供体,采用同期发情、超数排卵及腹腔镜人工输精等技术,对进口和国产FSH在羊体内胚胎生产效果进行了对比,同时用生理盐水代替冲卵液进行冲卵并对移植后的产羔率进行了对比研究。在同一地区、同等饲养管理条件下,使用国产和进口FSH,按个体体重注射不同剂量FSH对供体羊进行超数排卵;试验结果显示使用国产FSH超数排卵的供体羊平均采集可用胚胎13.4枚/只、与使用进口FSH超数排卵采集可用胚胎13.5枚/只在统计学上没有显著差异(P>0.05);同时用两种不同FSH超数排卵并用生理盐水冲出的部分A级胚胎分别移植到30只和18只受体羊体内,也同样获得了较好的产羔率分别为53.3和61.1,二者之间在统计学上无明显差异。通过该研究为国产药物代替进口药进行超数排卵,降低生产超数排卵成本提供了有力的理论和实践依据,值得在生产当中广泛推广应用国产FSH。
Can domestic FSH replace imported FSH and reduce the cost of sheep embryo production?In mid June 2019,65 excellent Mongolian sheep were selected as donors in sheep farmers of Balin Right Banner,Chifeng city,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The effects of imported and domestic FSH on embryo production in sheep were compared by estrus synchronization,superovulation and artificial insemination under laparoscope.Meanwhile,normal saline was used instead of flushing fluid to flush eggs,and the lambing rate after transplantation was compared.In the same area and under the same feeding and management conditions,domestic and imported FSH were used to inject different doses of FSH according to individual body weight to superovulate the donor sheep.The results showed that there was no significant difference between domestic FSH superovulation(13.4 egg cells per sheep)and imported FSH superovulation(13.5 egg cells per sheep)(P>0.05);At the same time,the lambing rates of 30 and 18 recipient sheep were also better(53.3%and 61.1%respectively)when they were superovulated with two different FSH and flushed out with normal saline.This study provides a strong theoretical and practical basis for domestic drugs to replace imported drugs for superovulation and reduce the production cost of superovulation,which is worthy of wide application of domestic FSH in production.
