甘肃省全株玉米青贮质量评价报告

Quality Evaluation Report of Whole Plant Corn Silage in Gansu Province

分河西、陇中、陇东南三个片区评价甘肃全株玉米青贮质量,并与全国及优质青贮推荐标准进行比较。结果表明(1)同一片区不同县区的青贮质量存在显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)的差异;(2)三个片区间的青贮质量差异不显著,但陇中片区最佳;(3)甘肃青贮质量与全国平均水平差异不显著,DM、淀粉、乳酸含量比优质青贮推荐标准偏低,NDF、ADF、pH值、乙酸含量偏高;(4)裹包青贮比窖贮青贮质量佳,但蛋白质降解较多。综上,甘肃省全株玉米青贮质量处于全国平均水平,从全省不同区域看,陇中片区全株玉米青贮质量较好;从不同储藏方式看,裹包青贮质量较优。

In this paper,the quality of whole plant corn silage was evaluated in Hexi,Central and Southeast of Gansu,and compared with the national and high quality silage recommended standards.The results showed that:(1)there are significant(P<0.05)or extremely significant(P<0.01)differences in the quality of silage in different counties in the same area;(2)the difference in silage quality between the three areas is not significant,but the central Gansu is the best;(3)the quality of silage in Gansu is not significantly different from the national average,the content of DM,starch,and lactic acid are lower than the recommended standards for high-quality silage,while the content of NDF,ADF,pH,and acetic acid are higher;(4)baled silage has better quality than pit silage,but the protein is degraded more.In summary,the quality of whole-plant corn silage in Gansu is at the national average level.From different regions of the province,the quality of whole-plant corn silage is better in central area.From the perspective of different storage methods,the quality of baled silage is better.
